For instance, we are required by law to report any instances of harm to yourself or others. Please speak to your therapist about the limits of confidentiality.

Your partner is welcome to schedule a free 10-minute consultation to discuss their concerns and ask any questions they may have. If they are not willing, individual sessions can still be beneficial. One of the laws of change suggests that “when I change, the other will change, although I cannot predict how.” You can invite your partner to schedule a session with a couples counselor when they feel ready.
