Anxiety disorders can affect anyone of any age and can be triggered by specific events.

Anxiety is an emotion that can be felt within the body and often triggers physical symptoms. Worrying about future events or having a reaction to current events or fears can be a common form of anxiety.  

At the Reflection Centre, our team of professionals, work with you to identify your thoughts, feelings and behaviours that feed anxious thoughts. Our goal is to teach skills and strategies to help you manage anxiety as well as assist you in changing anxiety provoking thoughts.
