Children’s Mental Health Ontario: Talking to your anxious child about COVID-19. This article includes recommendations to stay informed, keep routine for children during the time off of school, and encourages parents to be open and honest with the facts about the virus. It also looks at preventative measures and includes links to additional resources.

Canadian Psychological Association: Mental health and coping during COVID-19. This website provides general information about how people may cope with COVID-19. It includes suggestions on how to support those who have pre-existing mental health conditions and provides advice for parents to identify and support children who are stressed about COVID-19.
